The room we stayed in during our Christmas vacation at this hotel was spacious and very pleasing to the eye. We especially liked the fact that it had a nice big rain shower and a breathtaking view of the city. the location of the hotel was also great, with lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes available. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was close to a big park where we could spend some relaxing time.
the restaurant was unfortunately closed during our trip, which meant we had to look for other options to have breakfast.

Located near popular attractions, this hotel is a great option for travelers. the underground is only a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. It's also conveniently located near Incheon Bus Terminal, providing easy access for travellers. the spacious rooms are nicely designed with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the friendly staff provides great service and the breakfast served each morning is delicious. a pleasant stay with many advantages such as a great view and a nice bath.
The hotel could improve on providing detailed information in English for better convenience of international travelers.

Great location, close to restaurants, shops, and bars. Easy access to central Incheon. Plenty of taxis available. Conveniently located near the underground for travel to Seoul. Better room than expected, very helpful staff.

The room was spacious and the rain showers were a treat for unwinding after a long day exploring. The location was great, offering easy access to various restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a park nearby for those wanting some fresh air. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations on where to go.
The room could have been cleaned better, as there were some dust and stains found in certain areas. The elevator had some issues, and we had to wait a couple of times for it to arrive.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located near restaurants, bars, and shops. The hotel is also close to the underground station, making it easy to travel to other parts of the city. The staff was very helpful, and the room was clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the double bathtub in the upgraded suite.
